Dine together at the large table with seating for up to eight guests, and then settle into the comfortable and open living area complete with plush furnishings and a flatscreen TV with streaming services using your personal accounts. And outside, there's a wraparound deck, perfect for lazy afternoons or nighttime gatherings under the stars.

Just a short walk from your door is Moose Pond, the perfect place to cool down during summer vacation. Nearby Knights Hill Association amenities available to guests include a community pool, clubhouse, marina, sports courts, and a playground. In winter, tear up the powder at Shawnee Peak, just a mile away. And downtown Bridgton, home of several restaurants and shops, is only six miles east.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
