Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Arrivals outside these hours must be pre-approved or may incur a $100 call-out fee.

Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp

Late check-outs must be approved in advance and are charged at:
$50 per hour (up to 4 hours).
Unauthorised late departures after 4 hours will incur additional charges equivalent to the nightly rate.

Events & Gatherings

Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorised visitors are strictly prohibited.
Any breach may result in penalties, immediate removal from the property, cancellation of the remainder of the stay, and forfeiture of any refund.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited:
Inside and outside the apartment, including the balcony. If there is any evidence of this, you will incur a fee.

Smoking in the building, common areas, or entrances will incur a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. They may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, in accordance with building regulations.

Pets

This building is not pet-friendly.

Unauthorised pets will incur a minimum $350 cleaning fee and may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

Noise & Respect for Neighbours

Please respect our neighbours and the building`s residential nature.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Excessive noise, disturbances, or complaints from neighbours/building management may result in penalties or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Keys & Access
Lock-out/call-out assistance:
$100 before 5:00 PM
$200 after 5:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays
Lost or unreturned keys/fobs incur a $500 replacement fee

For security reasons, keys and fobs must not be shared with unregistered guests.

Registered Guests Only

Only guests included in the reservation or approved before arrival may access or stay at the property.

Unauthorised guests or additional occupants may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

Care of the Home

Please treat the apartment with care and leave it in a respectful condition.

Additional cleaning, damage, missing items, or excessive mess may result in extra charges based on repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
