Needs work
A great house in great location but let down by poor maintenance and upkeep.BBq filthy,dirty oven and TV that didn't work etc etc. A very long list.

Unkept and unloved house
The condition of the property is atrocious, the barbecue, you couldn’t cook on it is so filthy I do have photographs The stove is absolutely unusable grease everywhere, left the oven trays outside the Rangehood has probably not been serviced in years. It’s very very greasy and it’s got mould in it. The towels are all tatted and threadbare on the edges. The TV was so old, I couldn’t cast to it, the fans we had to clean our self. They were absolutely filthy and the remote controls were taken away from them so the only light you had in the bedrooms were bedside lamps It was such a pity because the island is absolutely beautiful so we spent most of our time away from the house would never ever stay there again I would never ever get something through ray white again. Absolutely useless Colin Minton. PS the downstairs TV didn’t work. I think the batteries probably gone in the remote control.

Hi Colin, I would firstly like to thank you for your feedback and the time on the phone to discuss your issues. We are extremely disappointed to read your review and also disappointed that you did not call us during your stay to let us fix these things for you to make your stay much more enjoyable. As discussed, we would have sent a team of cleaners back to the property for you at a convenient time so not to disturb you, We would have also replaced any linen that you felt was not to standard (although all linen is checked prior to being supplied to the property and any not to standard is discarded) As for the tv, we have passed on your expectation of the property to have a Smart TV to the owner who is going to get this updated this week. I would again like to thank you for your feedback and do hope that you give us a go in the future and we look forward to hosting you if you do.

Beautiful location, great views, large spacious home, comfortable, great for a large group, can have a dog there. Needs some maintenance and a good spring clean. One door was jammed, ceiling fan in one room not working. Overall a great place, will be coming back.
