Rooms were modernly styled. The bathroom shower didn’t drain properly and got on bathroom floor, but easy enough to soak up with extra towel.

Great for our 1 night stay. We were there on a Saturday night and our room backed onto a big pub that was open until very late so it was quite loud but the hotel can’t do anything about that.

Unfortunately, due to our central location in The Valley, which is very well known as entertainment district, our current noise-dampening equipment cannot dampen all noise all night. The property was easy to find, parking was a breeze. From checking in to finding out how to get to The Dirty Saltan to check out was just great. The staff are very nice and the room we stayed in was great. I loved the artwork in the room, the block out curtains, LED lights and that package that we chose. I couldnt find a fault if i tried. We loved it. Will definitely stay there again.

Had an excellent 2 night stay at The Constance. A short walk to Brunswick Streeet Mall/Fortitude Music Hall. Ronn who worked on the front desk was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions swiftly! Cosy Queen room, with funky interior, a complimentary mini bar and away from the noise of the surrounding bars. I would recommend The Constance if you are looking for an affordable, quirky stay in The Valley!

I love staying here - and have stayed a few times now. It’s well priced, convenient & clean and modern. The staff are always so friendly and polite too. My only gripe this stay was there was no hot water in the morning when I showered 😭

The hotel is in a busy nightlife area so expect it to be noisy on weekends but it didn’t keep us awake. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed two nights there on a Friday and Saturday. Lots of very good shopping and eateries in easy walking distance.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my questions, it made my trip so much easier to coordinate. The room’s look and feel was vibrant and super comfortable with high end finishings. Cute coffee shop just next door and other great dining options within east walking distance.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay.5 min walk to train station. And short walk to Tivoli / Fortitude Music Hall. Location was ideal for anywhere in Fortitude Valley. Staff were very polite and helpful . Decor was funky design, room was small but had all needs including oversized smart tv. A bit disappointed the room didn’t get serviced, had to ask for towel change and replacement milk. Didn’t affect our views on the place and would recommend staying.

Comfort in a good location
Clean comfortable hotel in a central location. Being a Friday night in Fortitude Valley, the room was a bit noisy. The free parking was a bonus.
