”The hotel was nice. We booked there twice. First time stay was great. The second stay we ran into an issue. Our door would not lock. The only way to lock it was to use the lock latch at the top of the door. So someone always had to stay in the room. We only needed the room for one night. I can’t imagine what someone would do if they had to stay multiple nights. We contacted front desk, and showed her. She couldn’t fix it. And didn’t move us to another room.”

”Very gross hotel. Worst I’ve ever stayed at. Live and dead bugs. Entire place smelled of weed. Just pulled in off the interstate to try and grab a couple hours sleep. It was so bad we just left.”

”My wife and I had fire ants Wake us up at 12 am in our bed crawling on us both my wife got bit severely on her back .I contacted management and was offered a sorry and the room nextdoor at 12 am we would have to make sure everything was ant free in our room and then try to go back asleep I think not .we decided to leave at 1:30 am after making sure we would not bring fire ants with us in our car . honestly I think the manager should have offered to refund us at least that nights stay for the...

”My experience was not great. Checking in was ok but wnen i reached the rooms one was not ready until about 4pm and check in was at 3pm. I purchased 2 rooms and Room 208 was not ready and the bathroom was very dirty , so dirty we had to call house keeping to come and clean it. The elevator had a smell that was disgusting also. Not a good experience. ”
