”Our room was nice and clean, the staff was fantastic and super sweet. Loved them, the king sized bed was comfortable and the ac made the room nice and comfy. However, the shower was an accident waiting to happen. The floor of the shower was slippery so I threw a towel down for traction, there was nowhere to place shampoo or soap except on the toilet, there were no bars to hold onto. My husband is disabled so this made taking a shower extremely difficult. Fix this and we would love to come back...

”My wife and I had fire ants Wake us up at 12 am in our bed crawling on us both my wife got bit severely on her back .I contacted management and was offered a sorry and the room nextdoor at 12 am we would have to make sure everything was ant free in our room and then try to go back asleep I think not .we decided to leave at 1:30 am after making sure we would not bring fire ants with us in our car . honestly I think the manager should have offered to refund us at least that nights stay for the...

”During my road-trip planning, I found the Old Carrabelle Hotel and was immediately intrigued by its old nostalgic charm. When I arrived, the hotel was easy to find and parking was right in front. It was a self check in process (so check your email upon arrival for instructions). It's an old bed and breakfast in so you are assigned a room and room key (I was in the Hemingway room). My room was very cute with a welcome bag of toiletries on the bed and coffeemaker/supplies to make coffee...

”Great location, however, the hotel is billed as an Inn..it is clearly another refurbished HOTEL! Rooms were clean and well appointed, however, nothing special and the room we were given was the last room on the end of the hall, facing the street with a stop light..definitely had to keep the shades down..Breakfast was your “hotel” stop, cereal in “feeders” and cold muffins gotten at SAMS, and could be heated in micro!! ”We had to stay a few months back while electrical work was being done and they were great. The front desk was always helpful, so when we needed a couple of rooms for graduation of course I went back to them. My guests were happy with the experience. Cost and cleanliness is always good with them.”
