”The AC wasn't working in one of the two rooms I had booked. They had no other rooms available. They said they will give me a discount for our inconvenience.”

”When I walked in the place. it smelled musty maybe even a hint of cigarette smoke. The room also smelled musty. When we drove up to the hotel there was a group of guys having a party right at the front entrance. This party continued until close to midnight. In my room, the continuous selection for the fan did not work which meant when the air stopped, it was completely quite in the room which meant we could hear all the outside noise even more. Besides the party outside, people were down...

”It was our first time here. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The music is great. Dining at Council Oaks steak and seafood was a great experience. Will definitely be back for that. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Bartenders and servers will go out of their way to make you feel on vacation. Rooms are pricey - nothing too showy- but they do the job. We don’t gamble and still had a great time.”
