”Everything was as listed. I spent very little time there and didn’t cook any meals, so can’t comment on the kitchen. Greatly appreciated the air conditioner units as it was super hot and humid during my visit (mid-July). ”

”We had a beautiful, relaxing, & activity filled stay in this unique lakeside cottage with an osprey-level view of the southern end of Lake Champlain. Kayaking, bird watching, apple picking, day trips to Middlebury & Vergennes & lounging around the atmospheric cottage made for a top notch experience all around. Thanks!”

”Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen was very nice. The overall cleanliness was pretty good. The property manager was responsive and very nice. The amenities were very good. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high...

”The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

”Charming guest suite in an excellent location to enjoy downtown Burlington. Quiet, peaceful, a very comfortable king sized bed, and having a walk in closet to use was a bonus. The deck off the bedroom is lovely and private. The owner’s offered for us to enjoy the large deck off the back of the house to relax and take in the views of lake Champlain which we did prior to heading out for dinner. I highly recommend staying here. ”

”Our family had a great stay at this property. We appreciated how well the house and yard are maintained, the cleanliness of the house, and the thought that clearly went into the interior design. Kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary tools, dish-ware and utensils, better than any other VRBO property that we have stayed at. Lots of games available to keep the family entertained. The outside deck overlooking the lake was a spectacular place to hang out.”

”Beautiful property! House and view stunning. We really enjoyed having the pool AND the lake. One note about cleanliness. The house could use a deep clean. Pool sides! Weeds. Oven. Grill. Hood vent all need scrubbed of debris and grease. Walls in general need wiped down. Some deep clean in master shower for mildew and mold. Nothing too egregious. But at this price point itNeeds more than change of sheets and a wipe down of kitchen and bath. ”

”Condo is nice and comfortable for our family - lovely family room, fireplace and view of the mountains. Ski out when Timberline lifts open, otherwise right next to the mountain, secluded away from crowds of the resort so best of both worlds. Family enjoyed our stay and really liked Bolton Valkey ski area. ”
