Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. ”We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed. ”The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. The bed was very very comfortable. Lots of amenities, including a convection oven, air fryer, and a bidet. Has a neat feature where the upstairs window pulls out...

”5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

”The cottage is exactly as described and the pictures are extremely accurate. It is a beautiful and tastefully decorated place and we would stay there again without hesitation. It is about 8 miles to Sunapee, but it is a relatively easy drive. There are some great restaurants a few miles away as well as a supermarket close by. Communication with the owners was extremely easy. They were very responsive. Awesome place!”
