”What a great little property in a great location and in a great area. Was there with another family for my son’s lacrosse tournament so we weren’t able to spend as much time as we wanted to but the house and dock and views were amazing and would 1000% rent again. Hosts were responsive and very nice!”

”We had a wonderful stay and were so glad we booked this place, especially as a last-minute trip! The home was exactly as described, clean, neat, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Everything was well-maintained and it made for a relaxing stay. One of the unexpected bonuses was discovering a fantastic breakfast spot just a 3-minute walk away, which made our mornings even better. The only thing that gave us a little laugh was that we couldn’t find any locks on the bathroom doors! Not a big...

”House was great, as described, and all we could have asked for. Kitchen and bathrooms felt brand new and location was so convenient. I great stay!”

”Great stay. Very close to the beach. Would highly recommend”

”Nice house with plenty of space and parking for large groups. Well supplied kitchen, towels and good bedding. Easy car or uber ride into Newport.”

”It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Darius was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.”

”The property was exactly as described. It is a duplex however. Never the less, it was a beautiful and centrally located property and would recommend and stay again”

The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly...

”Everything was nice and clean ”

”There was an overflowing 5 gallon bucket in closet collecting drainage from AC and it caused wet subfloor that lingered for our stay. There was lichen growing in the closet behind the bucket. The third party management place was responsive on the app but came out only once to check things out…I emptied water twice in two days and the owner did nothing to compensate or otherwise directly communicate with me about it all. For the money I paid, I expected better. Had I let it go, the place...

”The home was spotless and perfectly appointed for our family of 6. The backyard is spacious and we could walk to the ocean. It afforded a quick drive to the shops and restaurants of Newport.”
