”In all honesty, the rooms and the facility are a bit dated, but if you can get past that, the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is what you’d expect, good options to get through the day. I have to say though the customer service was top notch, fantastic work from the staff so kind and helpful, we were able to check in early, the shuttle drivers were very kind and accommodating, and even when we declined the shuttle initially but changed our mind to take the shuttle they accommodated it no problem,...

”It was a very nice property in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was close (walking distance to restaurants and stores). It was also near the ferry terminal allowing us to be able to get decent rest before our early morning g ferry to Vancouver island.”
