”Shortly after arriving the power went out (8:00pm).We were told something down the street caused the power outage. We chose this hotel because of the pool and with the power outage we were not allowed to use it. We had no lights in the room or the bathroom ( the hallways did have lights ). Unable to charge our phones they ended up dying. We had to be up early so knowing we didn’t have an alarm to wake us up we didn’t sleep much at all. Unable to shower because there was no hot water and then...

”Friendly staff. Free Airport shuttle was convenient. Driver came quickly after a phone call at the airport exit. Check-in was quick. Clean room and comfortable beds. Microwave is in a common area but not inside the room. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order when we were there. Great location for food and shopping. Sky train is across the street for a downtown trip. There is a walking path by the river. Great hotel over all.”

”Convenient location, close to airport. Room had enough room for family of four. Club Lounge wasn't as expected as i thought it provided a broader range of foods in morning and instead we were given a coupon for the restaurant which then necessitated having to request from front desk that the coupon be extended for all guests not just one. Other than that inconvenience found all staff to be friendly.”
