”Beautiful hotel. Great amenities. Rooms are luxurious with high ceilings. The only complaint is a man on the balcony below us was smoking pot and the smell infiltrated our room. But I’d still give this hotel a great review. It’s in a great spot outside of town - perfect for cyclists or skiers. Note there are other condos being built around it but it wasn’t bothersome.”

”Staff are awesome, beds are real comfy and HUGE., the room had a very wierd musty smell, we opened the patio door and turned on the central fan to help it go away, but if you left for a bit and went back, the smell was there. I did ask for air fresher and when asked the room number 2132, she replied oh the musty smell. It didnt really effect our stay well maybe a little”

”It's a beautiful property facing Kamloops Lake. The room was fine. The bathroom is a bit small, but functional. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was every time a train went by (tracks are about 150' away) the bed vibrated. Not offensive, just unexpected. There were about 8 trains through the night. Having said that, overall we had a pleasant stay.”

”Great location, clean and convenient.
They charge 35$ per day for parking in their underground parking lot. I find that little ridiculous considering this village is so small and there is space everywhere.”

”Lovely setting by the ski hill/ bike park depending on the season (check dates as to what is open). The one bedroom suite was quite spacious and loved it had a balcony. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.
Was surprised at the bike storage being basic racks in the underground parking area, not the most secure. You’re not allowed to bring bikes or ski equipment into your room. Would expect a better system ( eg individual lockable storage units… had that at a hotel in Whistler BC) given Fernie is such...
