”This is one Stand Out Motel! VERY clean, VERY well maintained. Absolutely lovely room. The Motel is old style with external access to the rooms and most rooms are ground floor. This is my favourite style, park in front of the room, easy to move luggage in and out. The furniture in the room was seriously nice stuff, the beds were lovely, the bathroom was completely redone and absolutely lovely. I'd stay her again in a heartbeat!”

”Friendly stuff and clean room but the hot water was barely evenly luke warm so I couldn't have a bath in the evening or a shower in the morning. There were no plugs on either side of the bed so I had to plug my phone and clock in on the other side of the room overnight. The cover on the bed looked nice but was very flimsy and had no weight to it. Even if I wasn't cold, I need some weight on me to sleep. I had to get a blanket out of my car. I booked the comfort room with just one queen bed...

I asked to view the room before committing and that was a hard no and with the lack of options due to evacuees I filled the parking pass and went up to the room. The hand soap pump in the bathroom did not work, part of the tap in the smaller bathroom fell off when touched, and the temperature was set to 22°C when we arrived on a hot day. A couple of sink plugs also seemed broken, so we had to lift them manually each time we used the bathroom sinks to drain the water. We also noticed visible splatter on the walls...
