”To her credit, Andrea was accommodating of our late arrival of the ferry.
However, none of the electrical outlets were working, resulting in the fridge leaking on the floor and we could not charge our devices.
She was not happy to be asked to remedy this at 8 AM in the morning.
The price included breakfast. I was greeted at the front door without a smile, and you would’ve thought I was imposing upon her to provide a breakfast. There was no napkin, I had to ask for utensils and she forgot...

”Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”
