”Staff are friendly but unfortunately the owner of this hotel very clearly doesn’t care to update basic amenities that you find with hotels that are much more budget friendly. The tv is extremely outdated and doesn’t subscribe to a basic smart tv abilities. It’s small and glitched the entire time. Maintenance said that it’s as good as it’s going to get. The mini fridge (which was odd to find in a king suite when a queen suite has a standard size fridge) never got to anything cooler than room...

”I stayed here first for 2 days. At first I thought the cost was a bit high for room size, however, it is a major city and like all Hong Kong, New York etc., quality rooms are more costly. On the last day of my trip I stayed one additional night. The hotel gave me an upgrade which was simply phenomenal. The view was great. Obviously the room and bathroom were very big and had many amenities. Overall all 3 nights the bed was great and very restful. I would stay here again.”
