”Problems started as we were about to check in. Room rate asked was much higher than booked with Hotels.com. Also there was no option to pay the room with credit card. After showign reservation we got pricing right. Service attitude was very threatening. The pictures in Hotels.com are not reality. Rooms and linien were not tidy. Shared bathroom was for at least five rooms creating long waiting as other guests took long baths. Hotels.com rate for night is way too high for this place. I can not...

”This was an amazing experience despite my misinterpretation of what family meant! Una was a gracious host with a charming little hotel, that is owned by her family. Our room was the size of an apartment in Europe, with all necessary amenities for a wonderful stay. We stayed 2 nights and picked blueberries and strawberries at the neighboring property for breakfast with our granola and yogurt. Very enjoyable experience for me, my wife and our 8 year old daughter. ”

”Large kitchen and dining areas convenient to downtown, many items snacks, bottle water, Q tips, disinfection , etc provided. See pictures i saw that housekeeper disinfected surface of desk and washroom. No hidden charges like" empree palace hotel" where i stayed 2 nights, not recommended Empress Palce Hotel which has many hidden charges. I like this home like hotel, recommended. ”
