Our accommodation is ideal for a romantic getaway or a business trip. Conveniently located, it allows you to explore the city on foot.
As soon as you walk in, you will be charmed by the modern and colourful decor. The air-conditioned living room, with its bay window, is the perfect place to relax after a long day.

The accommodation consists of:

- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your evenings in front of the television, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.

- A PEACEFUL MASTER BEDROOM: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding and a large dressing room. A separate bathroom with walk-in shower, towels and hairdryer at your disposal.

- LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light because a washing machine awaits you at the accommodation. You will also have everything you need to dry and iron your laundry.

- A BEAUTIFUL BALCONY: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the balcony overlooking a pedestrian street in the city centre.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself so you can feel at home. The accommodation is a triplex on the first floor without a lift.

INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN: You can check in independently from 3pm onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can easily park on the boulevard or in the 15 Août car park, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. What's more, you are in the heart of the city.

AVAILABILITY: Although arrival is self-service, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by telephone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include thorough cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
