Our accommodation is ideal for a couple's getaway or a business trip. Conveniently located, it allows you to explore most of the city on foot.
As soon as you walk in, you'll be charmed by its decor and spacious rooms. The living room, with its large bay window, is the perfect place to relax after a long day.

The accommodation consists of:

- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your evenings in front of the television, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.

- TWO PEACEFUL BEDROOMS: With standard bed (140x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax in a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

- A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE BALCONY: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the balcony.

## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself so you can feel at home. The accommodation is on the first floor without a lift.

SELF CHECK-IN: Check-in is completely self-service from 3pm onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation has a parking space in front of the garage or inside.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the end of the street. What's more, you are only a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

AVAILABILITY: Although arrival is self-service, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by telephone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include the complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
