”Majoittautuminen keskiaikaiseen linnaan oli kokemus ja turvallinen parkkipaikka linnanpihalla oli hyvä bonus. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.”

”The situation of this hotel is very good. Near the center, port and good restaurants. Still the street is calm, no much traffic and no harmful noice. Rooms are clean and peaceful. No ascensor.”

”Don't be put off by the 2☆ rating. This wee hotel is good. The staff are friendly, maid service prompt and efficient and location is excellent. Pretty much central in town and lot's of cafes and restaurant's on the doorstep. The rooms are clean and spacious, however a little outdated. I have stayed in 4☆'s that were worse though..The bed is comfortable. Negatives are over the weekend it gets noisy from midnight until around 3/4am due to proximity of late opening bars. Not a big issue though.....

”This is a basic, budget hotel. It does exactly what is expected. The room was a good size. The beds were confortable and the bathroom perfectly functionable. It was a bit further out of town than expected, but walkable from the ferry terminaland bus station. There is a bus that goes straughts past tue door, but we made use of the hire scooters.”

”Aménagé dans l’ancien hôpital maritime de Cherbourg, et plus spécialement dans son dispensaire, un hôtel très original et dépaysant. Ne vous attendez pas au luxe, mais l’établissement est bien tenu, les chambres spacieuses et propres, le personnel adorable et le prix attractif. Il ne manque qu’une penderie ou des portemanteaux pour que ce soit parfait. ”

”Les propriétaires du gite sont au petits soins même quand on arrive vers 22h. Tout est impeccable avec de bonnes choses à manger et beaucoup de petits plus. Je vais revenir dans ce gîte dès que j aurais à travailler près de Cherbourg. Je recommande vivement.”
