”Check room/bed amenities before leaving ours was in bad shape and not noticed until we returned”

”Room was clean & comfortable. Steps from Minnis Bay beach & short walk into Birchington. Stayed one night but should have stayed 2 do I could have walked more of the coastal path! Lovely 1 night break!”

”The property reminded me a lot of the bnb’s that I stayed at in Europe in the 80’s and 90’s. We had a large room with a sitting area and fireplace. John, the proprietor, was wonderful with suggestions for the area. He arranged for transportation to the cruise port for us. The only downside for me was that the bed was harder than I am used to. The White Horse pub around the corner was a great place for food and drink. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.”

”Everything was perfect! The situation, the room, the owners, breakfast. The only very little thing at this time of year was that I would prefer a thinner blanket. But there was a fan anyway so I would give this place a full ten!”
