”Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!”

”Nice experience booking a last minute stay that’s close to CLE airport. I arrived rather late anr night and was welcomed warmly by front desk staff and told to let them know if I needed anything. A very basic breakfast is available at any time for travelers, not just a few morning hours. The hotel was clean and bright. As a female traveling solo, it felt safe and secure. The facility is an older building that shows some wear in the hallways/doors but for a brief stay close to the airport I...

”I asked for a hair dryer as the room was missing one no one ever replied - no iron.. room needs better cleaning and definite upgrades . Couldn’t get any cable or channels and that issue was never fixed either”

”Spent two nights for a show at Blossom. Chose the hotel for it being close to the venue and we are happy we did! Staff was kind and courteous. Comfortable bed, nice water pressure. Cute with a balcony that overlooked a wooded area with birds singing. Will definitely return on our next trip to Blossom!”

”The stay was great the room was nice. Kickback and breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was not getting to use the hot tub bc it was packed with about 20 KIDS. They were in and out splashing and jumping which was very frustrating. We were hoping to relax for a night and couldn’t even fit in the hot tub with children 11 and under packed in. No fault to the hotel but maybe offer an hour of only adult time, which would be nice.”

”The summary of review is that there is no 'quality' in hotel: Quality Inn. The floor in the room was super dirty. Upon our request, they cleaned the floor again, but floor was super wet even after6 hours after cleaning was done. The quality of scramble egg has poor quality and the cook commanded us not to take food to room. Very limited yogurts were available as part of continental breakfast. We never found any yogurts after 7am. The front desk people were nice.”
