”Was very dirty. Trash overflowing everywhere even in the lobby. Bathroom was quite dirty and had to ask for vice grips to use the shower as the nozzle was broken”

”At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it. I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...

”This hotel was in a perfect location and a great place to stay. When we were there, the lobby and some rooms were still under construction from the ice storm in January. The staff was very polite and the room/ bed was nice and perfect for what I needed. The bathrooms need to be updated but it’s just cosmetic. ”

”One of the rooms we were in didnt have a working shower but the other room did there was roaches and missing drawers the pool was also closed and unclean staff was great though i give them that maybe just get a bug control and clean up the rooms more and replace things”

”This stay was exactly what we needed it to be. Room was decent, breakfast was good, staff were personable and helpful. It wasn't our first choice, but late planning will put you in a pickle when there's some kind of convention in town the same weekend, we had a wedding. But we were pleasantly surprised and have no complaints here.”

”We reserved for 2 nights. First night was a large roach. We reported in the morning and they said they would have it cleaned upon return that evening. We returned same evening, roach remained along with more. They scattered across the dresser. We reported. They stated they informed housekeeping and she signed off. They offered to change our room and we changed. In the 2nd room were tweezers, wet wash cloths ”

”Initial customer service was lacking. We checked in during shift change (3pm) was told to "wait" and then proceeded to hear a personal conversation between the two employees. I felt like I was intruding. In room amenities were poor (coffee). Only one bedside lamp, curtains did not close properly (broken). ”
