”We absolutely adored our stay here. We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon - without even asking the staff made up our room with rose petals and a congratulations card. Rafael instantly made us feel welcome, it was a quiet and clean place, and the English breakfast they cooked for us was delicious. ”Very clean hotel. It has air conditioning and heat. Breakfast was excellent ! The only things I didn’t like are No lift to move luggage upstairs Not 24 hours check in. I enjoyed the full English breakfast, which included very good quality bacon and sausages and all the usual ingredients. The coffee was especially delicious. I was visiting for a family funeral which was catered for there too. The buffet for the wake was also very good.”

”The Fox was a lovely place to stay while visiting family. The meal that we had on the first night was extremely good, and we had been told that the breakfast was going to be just as good. ”I booked the single room, which was bijou but as I expected it to be. The main thing was it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so much better than the bland food that you get in chain hotels. Really tasty fresh ingredients that really set me up for the day (I didn’t eat again until 8pm!). ”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”
