”Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of cooking supplies and even kid friendly plates!”

”Very clean, plenty of welcoming snacks, water pressure was great, coffee bar was well stocked and beds are comfortable. The host is responsive and welcoming. We did not use the hot tube so I can't speak to that. It is a little out about 15 minutes from a store, but relaxing for sure. You will see wildlife (groundhogs and chipmunks), also horses and chickens are across the street.”

”We stayed here for a family event and wanted to have everyone together. It was nice that there were 4 twin beds since we only had 1 couple. The layout was nice. The house was clean and very functional. The fenced in backyard was nice for our dog. The dining area and living room was nice for us all to use together. ”Everything was actually better than advertised and the host was responsive when I asked about the WiFi setup. He walked me through the setup and everything worked as he promised.”

”The house was clean and setup nicely. The house was close to the Kodak Theater. We stopped to eat breakfast at the Peppermill Restaurant. I highly recommend it. Thank you Jud for all your efforts for us to have a great stay. ”

The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

”Condition of the outside surrounding the house was not acceptable. Cobwebs, dead bugs and overgrown gardens as you entered the property was not welcoming. Screen doors and windows including the sills were so dirty that you didn’t want to open them.”
