”Decor, facilities and the check in process was excellent. Bathroom was too small for my liking. Can’t give an assessment on the staff as I never met them. Calls into question the focus of some aspects of the questionnaire if the only contact was a remote online process. ”

”The accommodation is “Airb&b style”, so no service on site. However when I had a problem with access I got immediate attention on the phone. The room was reasonably clean, bedlinen and towels spotless. Shower, hot water etc. working fine, shower gel supplied, kettle available with plenty of tea and coffee. A wee bit shabby outside of the room but I gather they are still working on it. Cleaner/maid friendly. Value for money and I suspect but don’t know for sure that it will improve...

”Beautifully decorated B (can’t call it B&B there was no breakfast), luxurious rooms, dedicated parking, good water pressure in the shower. Zero information about where to eat, the harbour, local taxis etc. A lovely book about the wider area, but not breakfast. No staff to ask either. I’ve travelled the world and felt very uncomfortable in the shopping centre!”
