”We stayed in several Hampton Inn hotels in the past. But this one looks like a very old hotel that has been changed a little bit to look like a Hampton. The mirror in the bathroom was partially blind and many other areas would need an upgrade. This hotel is definitely worse than the other Hampton Inn hotels we know Sorry for my English, I am not a native speaker....”

”This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.”

Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. ”Initially we started out at this unit but had some issues with plumbing , the owner graciously moved us to another Condo located elsewhere bc he couldn’t get a plumber for a few days, we was very happy with where we were but equally happy where we wound up. The owner was very willing to make our stay enjoyable and it was. So my five stars are for both places, I’d definitely rent again ”
