Motellit – Broke Fordwich

”We booked a room for 5 persons and the room was prepared for 4 people. When asked, we were told that it is possible to make the sofabed and bring a towel, but only against additional costs. The room was dates and poorly cleaned and had a half eaten cherry and similar items on the floor ”

”The room was beautiful. Mix of modern and rustic. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had towels changed over and our room tidied even though it was only a 2 night stay which was a surprise. We loved sitting on the balcony facing the vineyard and listening to the array of birds. Would love to stay here again for a future visit.”

”In the middle of the busy Hunter Valley wine area. Most hotels are really overpriced and the restaurants as well which is not very clever regarding the tourism industry. The hotel is a motel style place with no services. The water at the swimming pool looked not that fresh nor clean. Recommend staying outside of the wine region. Just make day trips to Hunter Valley.”

”Place was okay, but not a great deal to do in town. Good for a 1 nite stop over.”

”Ihan ok pikku hotelli, aamiaisesta ei kanna maksaa extraa”

”Friendly service and good location for winery visits.”

”Good value budget rooms. Room was adjacent to the pub which is handy for meals, drinks etc (but be aware of the noise if you want to get to sleep early). Plenty of parking at rear. Overall, amenities basic but good value considering cost.”

”No stove to cook.”

”Great stop for an overnight trip. Clean and tidy.”

”Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night.”
