Things to know

• Exterior security cameras are on-site for safety (no cameras inside or in the hot tub area).

• We proudly offer a 10% military discount as a thank-you to those who serve. Please mention your military status at the time of booking to receive this discount.

• The primary guest must be 25+ years of age and present for the duration of the stay.

• Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If available, we will notify you via email/text a few hours before check-in

• Late check-out requests are subject to availability. On days with same-day arrivals, late check-out cannot be accommodated.

House rules

• Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay (please confirm at booking).

• Please keep pets off furniture and beds.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, including in the yard.

• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed outdoors only — please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• No parties or events.

• Registered guests only. No unregistered visitors or overnight stays.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect the neighborhood.

• Outdoor music and activities should be kept at a reasonable volume at all times.

• Children must be supervised at all times around the barrel sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and game areas.

• Use sauna and cold plunge at your own risk.
