Modern Treetop 3BR+Bunks Cabin in Prime Location!

Hold Your Horses by Modern Luxury Retreats is a modern, `tree top` cabin perfect for making memories with up to 12 guests! We`re perched high in the treetops on a very large and private lot. We have 3 King Bedrooms with en-suite baths and a Game/Bunk Room (Sleeps 6) with its own full bath. Entertainment options abound with indoor/outdoor living/dining, 2 gas fireplaces, a fire pit, game room with pool table/arcade/games, cornhole, horseshoes, a hot tub, and a playset for the kids!

Indoor gas fireplaces are turned off from June through September. A $20 per night insurance fee will be included to cover your stay, eliminating deposits or more expensive coverage required elsewhere. Rate is for up to 9 guests. A charge of $15 per night will be applied for each guest over the 9th.
We require a signed Rental Agreement for the reservation holder. This document will be sent after the reservation is made and we ask that you please return it within 48 hours. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, up to 25 pounds/pet. We charge a per-stay fee of $100 for bringing pets.

The accommodations were as represented, check-in was very easy, all communications with the hosts were responded to quickly, and everything was as expected. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and made many wonderful memories.

Overall a good time but a few things could have been better... the kitchen doesnt have a pantry nor enough room in cabinets to put away any food. The cookware is in need of replacement and had to be scrubbed thoroughly before using. The oven timer alarm kept going off before and after the timer had expired and woukd turn off the oven, so each time it had to be restarted. The toaster wouldn't stay set and was frustrating having to stand and manually hold the button down there were sone area rugs that had corners rolling up creating trip hazards. The cover for the hot tub is broken on one corner and makes it kinda difficult for one person to flip cover off/on. Two of the three baths only had one wash cloth, and the third only had two extras. Those along with towels were stained brown and had seen a few miles and had some with holes. The kitchen faucet was loose and leaked from the spray head. Its a nice cabin but does need some TLC and freshening up.

Cabin fit for the whole family!

Absolutely wonderful cabin!!!

We loved this cabin!! It was perfect for our group of 7! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couches, and very clean! Owner communicated with us very well. We loved the outdoor area too! Amazing Cabin!

Every part of our stay was awesome! This cabin is so beautiful and accomadated our group perfectly. It is very spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. We loved the pool table and arcade game as well as the super comfy couches in the living area. Communication with from the host was great and very thorough.

Perfection!

We booked this as a post Mardi Gras getaway to enjoy lazy mornings and peaceful nights grilling and wine by the fire. This space was perfect! I could literally rent for a week and do nothing but relax in this beautiful space! I loved it so much. Location was great. Easy to get to everything we needed.

It was a great experience. Brought 8 girls to celebrate a birthday. Plenty to do at the cabin on a rainy weekend. It was well appointed - linens, dishes, activities - everything was there. We had a great time! The birthday girls friends loved the bunk room.

Trout Fishing Trip

Hold Your Horses is an unbelievably luxurious property. I immediately did a video tour of the inside to post to social media. I wanted my friends to see how cool the place was. Beautiful cedar interior, fireplace in the living room with lots of seating. The patio is roomy with plenty of seating and another fireplace. Hot tub was running and ready for use. We are a group of 6 recent retirees who travel moderately, and we were blown away. Kitchen is very well appointed, large dining table, and very comfortable beds. Very conveniently located to great local dining and the breweries. Do watch for the potholes. There are a couple that will change your life. Definitely would go back.

Home away from home

We truly enjoyed our stay in Broken Bow. The cabin is very close to many excursions and restaurants. The cabin also provided games and a fire pit if you wanted to stay in. Communication with the property owners were easy. I highly recommend staying at this cabin it is spacious and kid friendly.
