We live in a neighboring town to Broken Bow and are happy to come to the cabin in person if needed!

Our beautiful oasis is ideally situated just outside the Broken Bow city limits, on the peaceful south end of Hochatown. Nestled in a serene, wooded area, the cabin offers quick and easy access to many of the region’s top attractions, outdoor adventures, and scenic spots. You’ll also be just a short drive from Downtown Broken Bow, where you’ll find local restaurants, shops, and conveniences. Whether you’re planning a day of hiking, heading out on the lake, or simply need to make a quick grocery run or stop by Walmart, everything you need is just minutes away.

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. Please note that there is a locked owner’s closet located under the staircase, which is not accessible to guests.

The cabin offers free on-site parking, including space for boat parking. We kindly ask that you park in front of the white fence and on the left side of the pool. Please also be respectful of neighboring properties—do not park in or pull through any surrounding driveways when entering or exiting.

Our spacious outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax, gather, and make lasting memories. Fire up the built-in Blackstone grill and cook your favorite burgers or steaks while chatting with loved ones around the large dining table that comfortably seats eight. In the evenings, unwind by the rock fireplace, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or gather around the fire pit—perfect for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and enjoying the peaceful night sky.

Spend your days lounging by the private heated and chilled pool, where you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating and a table with four chairs for outdoor dining or card games. Whether you’re basking in the sun or enjoying a refreshing dip, it’s the ultimate way to unwind.

Feeling playful? Challenge your friends or family to a game of cornhole or pool volleyball. With a large open yard, there’s plenty of space to play, relax, or simply soak up the serene surroundings. Our guest also get exclusive access to a nearby privately owned Pickleball Court just minutes away from our home. While it's not free, A link to book and pay for court time can be requested after booking or can be found in our guidebook in the home.

What you should know before you book:

• We require a signed Renal Agreement and Copy of a photo Id from the primary booking guest.

📷 Security Cameras:
For your safety and peace of mind, our property is equipped with outdoor security cameras. These are in place to help protect both our guests and the home. Cameras are located at the doorbell, front porch, back porch, and behind the outdoor rock fireplace facing the pool.

They are only used for security purposes and are never placed inside the home. Please note that tampering with the cameras may result in immediate cancellation of your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!

🐾 Pet Policy:
We’re happy to welcome your well-behaved, house-trained pets! A $50 pet fee applies per pet, per stay. To help keep our space clean and cozy for everyone, we do ask that pets be crated when left alone in the cabin. Thank you for understanding!

Fireplaces:
Our indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces create the perfect cozy ambiance—but please note they are turned off from May 1st to September 30th for safety and seasonal comfort.

💦 Pool Heating & Chilling
Craving the perfect pool temp - no matter the season? Pool heating and chilling are available for $75 per day. To ensure it’s ready in time, please request heating or chilling at least 48 hours before your stay. Please note that pool heating is not available when outside temperatures drop below 60°F, as it becomes ineffective. Undecided on it... No problem! If you'd like to know the current pool temp before your stay to see if heating or chilling is necessary or possible just reach out to us and we will be glad to share! Pool heating is not guaranteed as it is weather dependent.

📶 Wi-Fi:
We provide complimentary Wi-Fi through our trusted local provider. While it’s usually reliable, we’re in a rural, wooded area and occasional outages may occur. We appreciate your understanding that refunds are not provided for any Wi-Fi disruptions.

🐜 Pest Control:
Our cabin is regularly treated for pests, but keep in mind—we’re nestled in the woods, so you may still encounter the occasional bug or critter. It’s all part of the charm of being close to nature, and we do our best to keep things as comfortable as possible! Occasionally during the spring and summer in our area, especially after a rain on a warm day, you may encounter flying ants. Although rare and completely out of our control, it can happen, and we want or guest to know this is. These usually die within a few hours. If this happens, we try to send someone out to blow off patio and pool concrete and clean the pool. We recommend bringing bug spray especially when entering the nearby woods.

🦌 Wildlife & Nature:
One of the joys of staying here is being surrounded by beautiful nature. You might spot local wildlife like deer, raccoons, squirrels, armadillos, opossums, birds, and even the occasional bear (though they’re very rare!). You may also see insects like ants, flying ants, bees, spiders, lizards, butterflies and even cockroaches.
To help keep wildlife at a safe distance, please secure all trash and food scraps, and avoid leaving items outside overnight. It keeps everyone safe—furry visitors included!
