The kitchen island seats 2 and the dining area seats 6, perfect for intimate dinners or game nights. The downstairs bedroom has one king room luxuriously outfitted with high-end bedding, pillows, cozy throws, and coordinating accent pillows, nightstands with a lamp, allowing for late-night reading without disturbing your companion. Beautiful ensuite bathroom with standalone tub, shower and double vanity. Wall mounted TV to enjoy. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed, nightstands with lamp, dresser and wall mounted TV. The bunk area has two twin bunk beds with their own small bed lights with USB port for charging devices. Luxurious and comfortable beds to sleep after your adventures through Broken Bow. Not tired yet? Treat yourself to a sumptuous dip in the oversized Hot Tub or venture out back to the pond for a scenic view overlooking the moonlit pond at our cabin. and whistling trees or cook with family on the outdoor grill and enjoy the meal by the outdoor fireplace or fire pit. A gaming table for the family to enjoy is also in the landing area upstairs!

This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary town.

Maximum Occupancy: 6, exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back and sides of the cabin. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee pods, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

The grill is a propane grill and propane is provided.

No pets on furniture and bedding and may result in additional cleaning fee if bedding or furniture are left soiled by pet.

Do not rearrange logs in fireplace this may result in a fee.

Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
