✓ Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $75 per day
✓Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
✓ Pool temperature depends on weather and may be limited during colder temps
✓ Being in a newer development, you may notice some nearby cabins still being built from time to time
✓ Exterior security cameras are installed facing away from cabin entrances to ensure privacy and safety.
✓ Landscaping is still growing in, so the setting feels more open in certain spots than older wooded areas
✓ Cell service can be spotty in Hochatown, but WiFi is available for staying connected
✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.
✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.
✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.
✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
✓ Indoor Fireplace: Available for use from October 1 – March 31.
✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays.
✓ Pet Policy: $45 per pet per stay, No limit on the number of pets!
