    Fully functioning kitchen, with 2 burner cooktop and mini fridge. Dining set for four allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful meal together. Sit and relax on the comfy sofa while you curl up for a movie. Now its time for the entertainment. Rose Lane has an extended living area which includes a sleeper sofa, foosball table, tv, wet bar and hot tub. Raise the garage door as you soak in the hot tub taking in the spectacular view of the National Forest. This is a truly unique experience that is a rare find. Weather will never affect your outdoor experience with this property. Outdoors offer plenty of room to take a walk, grill on the charcoal grill or set out by the fire pit as you make memories.

We really enjoyed our stay. We absolutely loved the hot tub, we soaked in it more than anything. We are 68 ad 73 so we just soaked our boned. Cooked our meals in and just relaxed. Much needed get away.

Great patio!!

This cottage had a comfortable bed and furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed including a Keurig. Our fav part was sitting on the patio in the evening with a fire in the chiminea!! Lovely trees and quiet♥️

When I booked the property, everything on the listing said pets allowed under 50 lbs. I got an email immediately after booking that said pets have to be 25 lbs or under. Okay well nowhere on the listing said that. I messaged them, they made an exception. We got to the property and immediately could tell it hadnt been kept up with maintenance wise. It was in need of a serious powerwash on the outside. Got inside and the kitchen table was messed up, but oh well. Then the bathroom, the curtain rod in the shower? Rusted. The floorboards, dirty. There was visible mold on and around the vents. The hot tub was nice but also dirty. The water needed to be replaced, and there was definitely hair stuck in the vents and it came out very gross clumps of hair. The good things about the property, location and the bed was absolutely amazing.

The stay was ok. There are a few problems that can be fixed to make it better:- The wifi stopped working after about 30min of usage- The water in the shower was at room temp (kitchen had both hot and cold water)- The pull out bed had feathers and other kinds of dirt, so my son couldn't use it- Kitchen was not convenient

The decor and layout of the cabin was cute. It seemed like a good place to go if you have a kids, lots of games and it's not right on a busy roadway. The host was very prompt to respond when we reached out to ask questions, and we really appreciated that. BUT the fact they included an envelope asking for a tip for the cleaner was laughable; there were cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the floor that wouldn't have been there if the floors had been mopped or swept throughly. There was a black widow in her web right on the front door. I found several long dark hairs in the bathroom floor and shower. (I have blonde so I know they weren't mine) Also, the wifi signal was super weak. The worst offense, however, was the hot tub. The hot tub is the main reason we booked this cabin because that is usually the highlight of our getaways in Broken Bow. But after getting in and turning on the jets for the first time the water looked like a snow globe. I'm not exaggerating. Hundreds of white flakes (looked almost like dead skin but I pray to God that I'm wrong 😅) and LOTS dirt and more of those infamous black hairs were swirling around us. Clearly they don't empty it every time as they claim. We were highly disgusted and disappointed.

Nice, neat little cabin

My wife and I (and our toy Aussie) stayed here a couple of nights for our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed the place. It is conveniently located close to all the Hochatown restaurants, the new casino, and other attractions. While in a neighborhood, it is at the end of the road, tucked away in the trees. The king bed was comfortable and the hot tub was great! The small kitchen was adequate, with a 2 burner cooktop and mini fridge, air fryer and coffee maker. The bedroom, main living room, dining and kitchenette are all one big room, which wasn't a problem for us. The game room area has a sleeper sofa, hot tub, wet bar and a second TV. I would recommend this place for a couple's getaway or a small family.

Wouldn’t Recommend This Property

We were prepared to cook a meal at the property, but the property didn’t provide the things needed to do that. There was no oven… except a very small toaster oven. The kitchen didn’t have a pan that would fit in the toaster oven. There’s a small two burner stove to use, but we couldn’t get it to work. Instructions would be a nice addition. There was a metal chiminea, but it was dirty and falling apart. The outside chairs were dirty. The front mat and door need cleaning or replacement. The place is a lot smaller than the pictures show. It’s located next to homes that are lived in. We expected it would be with only cabins and more out in the woods than it was. Someone bombarded us emails starting the day before our stay with rules and more rules. We had planned to take our dog, which was allowed per their policy. We received an email that the dog couldn’t weigh more than 25 pounds, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked our stay. We would have booked somewhere else. The letter said someone would stop by to check on us during our stay to ensure we weren’t breaking the rules. We felt that was intrusive. No one ever stopped by, but we felt like we had to be on our toes the entire time.

The property was great. Way too many rules posted through out the place. Easy access to and from restaurants casino attractions. Overall I give it a solid 7 out of a perfect 10.
