• Most cabins in the area have gravel roads, but Rustic Heights offers paved access with a large circular driveway for easy pulling of trailers/boats. AWD or an SUV isn’t required, but it can make traveling around Broken Bow a bit easier.

Beyond expectations!

Rustic Heights surpassed every expectation. The photos do not do the property justice- it was breathtaking. The house was immaculate. Not a fingerprint on a window or a speck of dust anywhere. We will definitely be back.

Awesome Cabin

From the minute we turned into the driveway we knew this cabin would be awesome and it was!!! Our grandchildren were mesmerized and said it was the best place ever!!! It was the perfect spot to stay while enjoying all that Broken Bow has to offer!!! Try it, just take care of it!!

Exceeded Expectations!

We were at Rustic Heights for over a month as part of a transition as we were moving. The cabin and the setting were perfect for R&R before completing the move. We loved the light from the massive windows. Our favorite part of the cabin were the massive decks and rocking chairs. Very private and quiet setting, but convenient to Hochatown and Broken Bow

Broken Bow Weekend

First time to the area. Spent 3 awesome nights at our luxury cabin with wife and friends. The cabin and lot are more spectacular than the pictures on the VRBO site. Quite area with lots of trees and views. The house was fully equipped including an awesome spa and fire places. We can’t wait to go back

Beautiful

The cabin was amazing with great amenities, views, and memories!!! Pictures on the listing didn’t do it justice! However there are a couple things: The speakers on the back patio didn’t work. There are some yellow jackets (alive & dead) in the living room area so might want to inspect for a nest. I am a roofer and I noticed some screws coming up on the metal roof next to the top deck, be sure to get those put back down so you don’t have leaks. The main thing was we expected a “fully stocked” kitchen and there weren’t any spices…not even salt and pepper. The kitchen itself was amazing for cooking! We enjoyed the stay very much!

Beautiful luxury cabin for a wonderful quiet weekend :)

This stay was very clean, easy check-in, and had a wonderful time using the firepit, jacuzzi, and snuggling on the comfy cozy couches & beds. My family & I enjoyed our stay tremendously and it was a great 2 day home away from home.

Beautiful home with a bad hornet problem

We were originally supposed to stay three nights. But the morning after our first night we discovered about 30+ hornets living up in the rafters of the living room, several of which were flying down around us in the kitchen. We did eventually get moved to another property (Rustic Hollow). But communication with management was not as timely as you'd hope. It took the better part of the day for a maintenance guy to come out and check to confirm our report before we were able to be moved. This was a bit of a bummer because the home was BEAUTIFUL (even better in person than the pictures). And the beds were really comfortable. So as long as the hornet situation gets resolved, I'd recommend staying here. Beautiful decks, too. Note if staying in the winter, neighboring properties are closer than you'd think and without foliage on the trees will be able to see you in the hot tub, etc. Also, not the property owners fault but watch out for extremely poor roads throughout the neighborhood leading up to the house.
