The Space:

Our meticulously designed A-frame cabin is the perfect retreat for families and friends, offering spacious living areas and cozy private corners with soaring ceilings.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:

◆ Bedroom 1 (First Floor): King bed, ensuite bathroom, 42" Smart TV, and direct access to the back deck.

◆ Bedroom 2 (First Floor): King bed, ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, 42" Smart TV, and direct access to the back deck.

◆ Loft (Second Floor): Two custom queen-over-queen bunk beds, a full bathroom, 50" Smart TV, cozy seating, and a private second-story deck.



Kitchen & Dining:

◆ The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances you need.

◆ Includes a Keurig coffee machine.

◆ Gather around the stunning live edge dining table with seating for 8.

◆ Children's dinnerware and a high chair are provided.

◆ The loft doubles as a fantastic game room, complete with an extensive collection of board games, card games, and life-size games for endless entertainment.

Guest Access:

◆ Guests will have private access to the entire A-frame cabin and its 1.3-acre property. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the loft, kitchen, living areas, and the expansive outdoor decks, hot tub, and fire pit area.

◆ Self-check-in is provided via a unique, secure keycode for the main entrance, ensuring a seamless and private arrival. The code is changed after every guest for your safety.



Other Things to Note:

◆ Safety Cameras: For the safety of our guests, we have exterior cameras. One is above the main entrance facing the driveway, and the second is on the side of the cabin facing the side door entrance. They are 24/7 motion-activated and record video and sound.

◆ Deck & Bunk Bed Safety: The first and second-floor decks are extremely high. Please do not allow anyone, especially children, to lean over, climb on, or sit on the railings. The top bunks have a weight limit of 200 lbs combined.

◆ Internet: Please keep in mind that this is a rural area. While our cabin is wired for fast internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

◆ Hot Tub: For your health and safety, we drain, clean, and sanitize our hot tub after every check-out.

◆ Fireplaces & Fire Pit: Indoor fireplaces are seasonal (mid-October to early May). For the outdoor fire pit, please check the current burn ban status for Oklahoma online before use, as fines can be upwards of $1000. Please BYO firewood for the fire pit.

◆ Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, K-cups, salt, and pepper for your convenience.

◆ Family Amenities: A Pack ’n play/travel crib is available for your use.

◆ Decor: Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.



Interaction with Guests:

◆ We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their mountain getaway. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are available via the booking platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, but we will not be present on the property.
