Sunshine Place - varjoisat parit vetäytyvät

Sunshine Place istuu kätkeytyneenä puihin pienen sammaleisen puronrannan vieressä. Peitteinen esiportaan on hieno paikka saada aikaisen aamun aurinko höyryttävän kahvikupin kanssa kädessä. Mutta sen jälkeen Sunshine Place viettää loppupäivän heikentyneessä auringonvalossa ja varjoissa. Beautiful Log Cabin

This beautiful log cabin nestled close off the road in a quiet area. It is minute or two drive from Broken Bow lake and river giving you access to both. The home was clean and the bed comfortable. There is a hot tub and fire pit though we spent our time exploring the area and did not try them. We saw a deer both mornings we were there. Come enjoy your stay at this log cabin between Broken Bow and Hochatown.

Great place

My only complaint is that we had to pay a cleaning fee and we had to start washer and dishwasher, take trash out and clean up after ourselves. Don't understand what we cleaning fee was for. As far as the cabin, it was clean and a Great place to stay.

Weekend getaway

We had a great time! Met some people who were there for work at gutter chaos, & went to the watering hole …the hot tub was awesome! There was a friendly black and tan dog that came to visit Saturday night and Sunday before we left, she was super sweet. Great place! Will be back. ❤️😊

Overall experience was good. Bathroom was a little small and cramped. Could use some ADA approved accommodations. Return air vent cover needs to be cleaned. Heater was not blowing warm air, it was cool. Overall, the cabin is as advertised.

Perfect location!

My son and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. It is centrally located on 259A between Beavers Bend and Hochatown, making travel to either so easy! There are also plenty of trees around to give you more privacy. Cabin is just right for a couple or small family, and absolutely beautiful.

Very nice cabin

I have never given less than 5 stars, i have stayed in many broken bow cabins, first i wud like to add that this was a very cute lil cabin, clean, had all the necessities, manager was easy to get in touch with, bed was the most comfortable one ive stayed in yet, everything was great EXEPT: the whole reason we came, was to chill on the couch binge watch tv, relax, away from the norm, soak in the hot tub and be alone. Well the TV was a pathetic excuse for a tv. 19 inches good lord, as much as we paid to stay per night u wud think there would be at least a 30 inch man. That really upset me as it was one of the major reasons we came. Second was the lack of privacy in the hot tub. There is a partial good view to the main rd, neighbors rite next to u that can see, and behind u that may be blinded mid summer with brush grown up but not this time of yr. And when the sun is going down is blinding as it shines on half the tub. To get a 5 star i would recommend upgrading the tv, add some shades that can be pulled down for privacy in the tub. Otherwise if ur coming with plans to spend ur time at the lake n outdoors stuff its a nice cabin. But for us wanting to stay in n watch movies n soak in a tub for couples, was not a 5 star. If the cost was lower for the cabin i wud have went ahead n gave 5 star. But i have stayed in cheaper cabins at broken bow that had 55 inch tvs and private tubs so i feel it didnt deserve 5 star for that.

Why do I pay a cleaning fee when there is no cleaning?

The property outside is nice. The cabin is okay. It is in need of upkeep and repair. My complaint which skews the review: THE PLACE WAS FILTY. Without going into much 'detail', it was obvious the bathroom was not clean. The rug in front of the toilet was wet. The flooring is peeling up at the seam. The sub-floor swelling. The scent of mold was present. The furnace return was covered in dust a grime. The air exchange was labored for sure. We coughed and sneezed every-time the furnace cycle on. We are not whimps and would have gladly slept in a tent. The floor had not been cleaned in many moons. We spent most of the evening our fist night cleaning. We had to shorten our stay because we just couldn't breath. I called the property manager the next morning and she texted right back. I explained the situation. She said she wasn't sure if she could get someone out. I asked if she was requesting someone for cleaning or repair? Did not hear back from her. Texted to let her know we were checkin out a day early. Nothing.... If the place was clean, I would have given a 3-star rating.

Our 26th Wedding anniversary getaway❤️ Return Broken Bow guests, 1st at this LOVELY couples cabin👍

So easy to find, google map on our iPhone matched written directions to a tee. So inviting, clean, comfy, amazing large deck w/rockers. spent every night at the fire pit, clear starry sky and SO peaceful. Hot Tub was amazing ( be sure to give water 2-4 hrs to warm up ) extra linens, towels, pillows and throw blankets for a cuddle. Local restaurants, Shuck Me, Grateful Head pizza and Buffalo Grill👍S up! This cabin has been our favorite because it’s quiet and off main road but close enough to town for convenience! Kiamichi made the rental process easy. All kitchen needs met..We felt the TV was a bit small for a living room, but cable provided was a bonus. The refrigerator needs attention as the door doesn’t close tight enough, food items were still cold. We still loved the visit and would still rate a 5! Forgot to mention the bedroom has its own door to a separate deck near the hot tub ❤️Thank you Kiamichi Cabins for a memorable stay 12/1-12/4

Nice place to stay.

This was a pretty nice cabin. It needs a few updates, but for the most part we enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the hot tub.

Relaxing Atmosphere

This was my first time visiting a cabin so I didn't know what to really expect. Everything from arriving to departing was great. It had everything we needed except coffee, and that wasn't an issue because there was a great shop 3 minutes away. I fell in love with the porch, and spent the majority of our time in the rocking chair. I was able to telax and enjoy the peace and quiet. I am already looking into booking again!
