Rest assured, as the property is only a scenic three-minute drive from ATV trails and just five minutes away from Local 259, The Maze of Hochatown, Chili Dippers Golf Club, and the Cedar Creek Golf Course turn-off. Venture just a few minutes further south to the many popular attractions such as Shuck Me, Mountain Fork Brewery, and Okie Girls.

When designing Viewtopia, we strived to ensure that there is something fun for everyone in the group. Enjoy games and fun indoors with the arcade game, air hockey, shuffle board and more! Gaze at the stellar views, or observe celestial bodies through the telescope in the upstairs loft. The fun continues outside with oversized connect-4, a custom swing structure, and a fire pit perfect for roasting s’mores and telling tall tales!

Security Cameras: There are security cameras located at the front entrances and rear steps near hot tub. Cameras are in place for security purposes only, not guest surveillance.

Noise Considerations: As Hochatown is an expanding community, weekday construction noise may be present. Hwy 259 serves as a route for logging trucks, and the noise from this traffic can reach far depending on weather conditions and surrounding sounds. To mitigate any potential noise issues, we provide sound machines in the bedrooms and speakers for the outdoor decks.
