I took a video of the situation, went downstairs to the front desk and was given another room (they tried to have me wait for the technician first). the new room was ok, however, as a gold status I did not get upgraded for the second time I have stayed at the hotel.

”The room was clean and spacious, but got quite damp after showering, meaning that I had to leave the bathroom light and fan on for the whole day in order for the room to not feel damp when I got back in the evening. Service was great and the patio and common room downstairs where comfortable and a nice addition overall.”

Hotellissa oli paljon huoneita, joiden ikkunat olivat sisäaulaan, mutta tämän huoneen "näkymät" oli seinä ja vähän naapurihuoneen ikkunaa."
