”The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning. The carpet in the hallway was stained and wrinkled...

”Breakfast was fair. Parking was very sketchy. The room curtains were stained as well as the sheets on one bed. The tub did not drain well during the shower which left you standing in water”

”Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”

”This place is a blessing with the staff and all of the help they provide with rates, accommodation, and sincere warmth through their service. The beds are nice, comfortable and beyond what I thought I would receive. If there is anywhere to get a room, this is the place.”

”Good location in downtown Sioux City, easy to walk to restaurants, casino etc. Breakfast was fine, typical of free breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good, has indoor and swim thru to outdoor pool. Fitness room was ok. Our issue was cleanliness. Our bathroom floor was dirty and sticky, rest of room not dirty but not fresh either.”

”90% of the reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub so our grandkids could enjoy them while on a short vacation. Neither were in operating order. There sure were nice pics of them on the website though. Very disappointing. The pool didn't look like it had been touched in quite a while.”

”The rooms were great but there was no coffee pot in the room and when we asked for one, the first time the person said they would have one brought up. 4 hours later no coffee pot. We asked again and this time they said they didn’t have one because the ones they ordered leaked. Tried to call down to desk and never got an answer. The rooftop bar drinks were not at all good. They used low end mixes and were not good. Also the rooftop music was way too loud. Could not talk because the music was to...
