”This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!”

”While the room wasn't dirty, it didn't feel overly clean, either. My biggest complaint about the room is with the lighting. I can't imagine how the design for a room with a few, dim spotlights could ever be approved. The room definitely had a gloomy feeling to it.
The tv had two remotes and we couldn't figure out how to turn on local programming. The desk receptionist did come to our room to show us how to get what we wanted. That was nice, although written instructions in the room would have...
