Uskomaton 3 kerroksinen järvi-talo Sam Rayburnissa Tiger-puron alueella. Tämä ominaisuus sijaitsee aivan veden äärellä, josta on näkymät. Jokaisessa kerroksessa on 3 kerrosta, joissa on täydellinen kylpyhuone. Makuuhuone on ylimmässä kerroksessa, jossa on king-size-vuode ja oma parveke näköalalla järvelle. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on myös kerrossänky, joka mahtuu 16 vuoteen, kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme / suihku ja pesuhuone, jossa on upouusi pesukone ja kuivaaja. Keskimmäisessä kerroksessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme / suihku. Keittiö on keskimmäisessä kerroksessa, joka on avoinna perhehuoneelle, jossa on 60 tuuman taulutelevisio, ja johtaa ulos valtavalle parvekkeelle, jossa on istuimet yli näköisen järvelle. Alakerrassa makuuhuoneessa on myös queen-size-vuoteet, täydellinen kylpyhuone suihkulla ja toinen olohuone / pelihuone, jossa on tv. Alakerrassa on myös toinen keittiö. Pohjakerros johtaa ulos toiseen patioon, jossa on istuimet. Takana järven rannalta on iso huvimaja, jossa on runsaasti istuimia ja näköala järvelle.

The Lake house

Our stay meet all expectations. House was clean and everything you needed was provided. Home was big enough to accommodate many generations and privacy. Eric was timely and communicated well. Check in and check out was very smooth. Pictures online do not do justice to the house or surrounding location. Good memories were made. All were in agreement, best vacation. Thank Eric. Your family has a lovely home and what a location.

Great house , plenty of space and beds, excellent outdoor space , large amount of seating outside . Great lakefront view . For a house that sleeps 26 there should be more bathroom linens and the downstairs kitchen needs some TLC . I would rent it again

Great place for big families that enjoy the outdoor space!

Great place with lots of amenities for our group of 20. Game room on the bottom floor was great for kids. Two well stocked kitchens accommodated all of our food prep needs. Waterfront was nice for fishing and ski boats. Owner was very responsive. This is our second stay at the house and we plan on returning!

Had a Blast!

The Sullivans property is awesome for a big great group with plenty of beds. Very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed! The best part was all the room outside and right on the water. You can leave your boat out on the bank! We had a blast.

Awesome place

This place is awesome! We have a large family and had plenty of room. The place was clean, had everything we needed and then some. The view of the lake and sunsets were great. This house is designed for entertaining a large crowd and we highly recommend it! Thank you to the Sullivan family for sharing you house we will definitely be back!

Wish we stayed longer

This house was awesome, works great for large groups or smaller groups if you want spread out. The patio, yard and lake access are even more awesome!!! Great location on the lake with beautiful sunsets and views. Eric did a fantastic job answering questions, preparing us for the trip and handling our needs throughout the weekend. There were 21 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of rooms to spread out in. Property was clean, had everything we needed. Property owner was easy to communicate with and always answered promptly.

Perfect for mutiple families

Family Reunion

All of my children and grandchildren got together for the first time for a much needed vacation. The house and location were absolutely beautiful. The house was the perfect size, especially the bunk room. There was so much space! We even had the lake to ourselves. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful! Eric was very friendly easy to contact, and the instructions were clear and precise.I highly recommend this location.

Great Lake House

Great communication with the property owner

House was clean when we got there. The house is set up very nicely to accommodate large groups. Pots, Pans, BBQ pits, and propane were all onsite and ready to use. The back sitting area has a great view of the lake and also set up very nicely. They even had ropes attached to trees to be able to keep our boats in the water and tie them up.

Great Family Weekend

We had a great time at Eric's home. The home was perfect. With the rainy weather the children enjoyed all the games the home offered while the grown-ups enjoyed sitting on the patio visiting. The beautiful waterfront home had great and easy access to the water. We were able to leave our boats in the water during the stay. We enjoyed the beach area at the home so they kids could swim and play after we returned from boating. We hope to visit this home again soon. We loved the goodie bags that Eric and his family had waiting on us. We felt very welcomed.
