”I left after seeing the room. It was nasty and the bed smelled like urine. Don't base your stay on the Wyndham name. This place is not like any Wyndham I have ever stayed in. So disappointed. Lost $153. But, I couldn't even consider sleeping there. Went down the road to the Mount Whittier.”

”The Inn was extremely charming, and we loved being able to sit in the library and view the unique set of books. An extremely comfortable bed with pillows when you’re at a home away from home. Owners were so accommodating and we had everything we needed. And it was nice to be away from city life, and also television devices. We had an amazing time! Looking forward to the next time”

”Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The rooms have all recently been redone very clean. In general the vibe is old school traditional roadside motel but when you go in your room it’s up to date and the back deck outside your room opens up to a lovely yard with a nice pool and they have lots of fireside/lawn toys to keep you occupied. I would definitely stay here again”

”Immediately after checking in, we went to the room. I don’t know how else to describe the room other than it was filthy, disgusting and smelled. The tub was so heavily stained brown with a filthy shower curtain and the soap tray was a disgusting mess. The headboard above one of the beds was so so dirty, stained and had initials carved into it. The smell of the room…..disgusting. The walls are paper thin in we could hear the guy in the next room yelling and screaming at a sports game. That was...

”Great spot for Laconia Bike Week. Pools were usually empty or only 1-2 people, so not crowded. Across the street from our preferred bar with other options within easy walking distance. Was pretty quiet despite concert-goers and other bikers staying. Will definitely stay again!”

”This would be a perfect stay if it wasn’t raining and nasty outside. If your going to stay here your gonna wanna be able to use the outside amenities. It was raining so we couldn’t… the room was very basic.. but super clean…”

”Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. ”

”Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this...
