”The bed was visibly dirty when pulled back the covers. A hair tie, dog fur, and black dirt on sheets. Maintaince came with sheets and didnt offer to change them out. The pool area was gross, dirty bandaid, garbage on tables.”

”Positive: Room was clean and comfortable. Room temperature was easy to control. Conveniently located off the interstate. Staff were helpful and attentive. Rooms were also well insulated from sound, had no issues with noise at all. Not so positive: hot water wasn't working, had to take a cool shower. Temperature in the hotel outside of the room was too warm. Temperature in the IHOP/Applebee's, which was attached to the hotel, was also extremely warm, uncomfortably so. Pool was unusable...

”Though the lady at the desk was very pleasant, the whole staff seemed more inclined to gossip in the back room. The window was broken in my room and they did fix it but didn't offer me any apology or perk or a new room. The room smelled funny also, whole property, what I saw of it, could have been much cleaner.”

When they went to check in, the person at the desk said she had to be 21 to check in. She called me to inform me of this, which blew my mind because she’s an adult. I was two hours away and couldn’t get there. Thankfully, my cousin lived close enough and that she was home so she could go check her in. After doing some research, it doesn’t state...
