”This is the worst Hotel in the World! Do not stay HERE! The pics will have your thinking differently. When I checked in the staff was not friendly and then when I got to my room it was roaches in there in the sink. I was there for every bit of 5 mins and gone! Tried to get my money back and they will not give it to me. I'm still trying to get my money back. Its my money. I still haven't got my deposit. I have contacted higher up on them. I'm Pissed and they nasty! The damn drawer didn't close in...

”At the price point we were surprised to find no bottles of water in the room - - - although there was a filtered water dispenser on the drinking fountain. As a Marriott Bonvoy member we weren’t offered any water at the front desk or any other upgrades. The rooms are excellent and appear to be recently remodeled. Staff all friendly and helpful. The food selection for breakfast is pretty sad - even by free Hotel breakfast standards. No hard boiled eggs at all - - - for example.”

”The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking.”

”Spacious and modern, but with a few minor quirks
We stayed for two nights and found it to be a great bargain for the price. Room 213 was spacious, bright, airy, and very modern. The entire property is in excellent condition, parking is free, and the location is fantastic—situated in a nice area close to great restaurants. The blackout shades worked perfectly, and the couch was excellent for lounging.
However, there were a few details worth noting. The K-cup coffee maker in the kitchen didn't...
