”This hotel has a relatively new lobby and breakfast room that appear to be a newer building. Our hotel room had been renovated completely renovated in the recent past, and whoever did it had good taste. However, the exterior door to our room was in poor condition and the trim boards around our bathroom door, and the door itself were badly nicked up.”

”The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. ”
