”The property is situated between a few other hotels. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Upon entering the property the staff were friendly and helpful. Kindly offering the water and cookie for members.
The foyer area did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Not sure why. The foyer was not amazing or inviting. Very dated.
The rooms were pleasant, clean yet very humid and the sheets felt a bit damp from the humidity in m the room.”

”Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

”The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing.
Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.”

”The bed was broken, and you could feel the coil springs through it, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the air conditioning unit wouldn't even turn on, completely dead, and, The wastebasket in the bathroom was full with the previous guests trash!!
I tried to tell the front desk about it in the morning, and she just seemed to not really care, although she did say "sorry".
I have stayed in lower priced accommodations and so I didn't have high expectations, but that was too many things wrong,...

”I’m actually going to an attorney. This property manager violated all kind of laws. My main complaint was the elevator was broken for EIGHT days. When checked into hotel requires ALL persons show ID if staying. They made a COPY of my Drivers License and his DISABLE MILITARY VETERAN IDENTIFICATION. I can understand possibly two nights but 8 days unacceptable. Guest stayed in the room 3 DAYS because he could NOT WALK up/ down three floors EVERY TIME we leave the room.
