”The staff right from check in were incredibly warm and friendly, and stayed that way throughout our stay. I know they are working on a complete overhaul of the property so things weren't exactly 100% during our stay but that was fine. We had an issue a couple of nights with loud neighbors keeping us awake but both times the front desk shut it down quickly with no issues.”

”Great hotel in a nice area. It’s not too far from the airport. They have a conference center so they do host events. Breakfast buffet was really good. There’s a Starbucks as well. They have a restaurant and laugh Boston on sight. Staff was great and accommodating. Just good experience overall. I recommend if you’re visiting Boston.”

”The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable and in a wonderful neighborhood close to the T and lots of restaurants and shopping. We were visiting family on the area so didn’t use the kitchen much since we ate out but it did look well stocked for all your basic cooking. The only issue we had was a window AC unit with a broken plug but the host responded quickly and I am sure it will be repaired soon. The weather was cool at night so we could just open the window. Would definitely stay here...
