”Although the property advertised as pet friendly, we received a call from the front desk about our dog. They threatened that we might have to leave if he didn't stop barking. This was the first time on our cross country trip this happened. The staff in general did not seem friendly. Also there was no water or towels in the workout room. ”

”This has been our 2nd trip to Comfort Inn South. We have had the best experience both times. The second time we visited, there was a ton of kids due to tournaments and it was busy! This doesnt bother us, we have been there, but it was amazing how the staff handled it all! They put us up on the top floor when the kids and families were below us. ”The front office staff was awesome! The MR. was friendly and helpful and the MRS. as well. The hotel is a bit old, breakfast wasn’t the best but they had waffles and OJ, Coffee. They were very accommodating and it was very secure and quiet. ”

”Young lady at the front desk provided us with a dirty room with a wrenching smell of cigarettes under the pretense that it was a clean room—mind you, it had a no smoking sign inside. When we told her we could not stay, she was disrespectful and hard to give a refund back. We are currently disputing the charge because she did not accept it. Stay away”
