”The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was firm, but comfortable. There was a fold-out loveseat as well. The A/c was cold and the window opened. There was a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room. The breakfast options were the standard eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, and toast. ”The rooms we very beautiful you can tell they were just redone but , i did request a down stairs room due to handicap but did not get one . The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for...

”It dies not have an elevator. The staff was accommodating when we could not handle carrying bags upstairs & switched room to ground floor. Also impressed with cleaners as they checked if we needed anything the second day there. We were staying 3 days so normal procedure is they clean when your stay is over. Thank you for that!!!”

”The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place.”

”The bed and the pillows were worn out junk. The TV didn't work. The shower / tub was stained and look nasty. I suggested that they would take a Mr Clean eraser and do something with the tub. I left and when I came back I expected to see new sheets and towels and that's not what I got. I had to ask them for fresh towels. The sink didn't have very good water pressure.”

”I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.”
