”Great staff great hotel..just renovated close to Liberty. We had a snow storm and the staff stayed at the hotel to make sure all guests were taken care of. They must have mopped the entry way 100 times during my stay to make sure the entry way to clean and safe. Well done!”

”Decent hotel with exceptional friendly service. Rooms are large and clean. Don't expect the Marriott. I have stayed here multiple times, I love that it's dog-friendly, staff is always so very welcoming. Breakfast is nothing to shout about... but there's coffee and juice and toast and a waffle machine. Eggs are powdered... Overall, a stellar deal for those staying in Altavista. ”

”There was a nice breakfast buffet but food items that were supposed to be warm were not warm. There doesn't appear to be sufficient heating apparatus to keep warm items warm. The hotel appeared to have a large number of children as guests. The room above me was occupied by children running and jumping throughout my stay which was unfortunate.”

”Had a fantastic stay. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and very convenient for what we needed. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future when we are in the area. A very special shout out to Jessica in the office. She is amazing and was great at communicating with us to make sure we had a nice stay. ”

”We had a great stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. Urine on the toilet when we arrived and used soap and shampoo left in the shower. And the table in the main room had something sticky all over it. Otherwise, great location and excellent staff for check in. ”
